Pequea Valley's Caroline Horst (23) gets a shot off against Hanover's Avery Martz (12) during the opening round of District 3 3A basketball on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

The official stats are in, and they add up to an unbelievable night for Pequea Valley’s Caroline Horst.

The Braves’ junior guard/forward had a game for the ages on Friday night, when Pequea Valley knocked off Lancaster Country Day 46-38 in an L-L League Section Five showdown, putting the Braves alone in second place in the race.

Check out Horst’s stat line:

She scored 16 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, blocked 11 shots and forced 10 steals against the Cougars.

And yes, that is a quadruple-double.

That’s something you don’t see everyday in L-L girls’ basketball circles.

Pequea Valley is 4-1 in league play and 9-2 overall. Horst is the Braves’ top scorer at 13.2 points a game. And now she can add a quadruple-double to her career resume.
