Champion Lancaster Catholic and runner-up Annville-Cleona once again found themselves atop Section Four with the release of the section all-star team.

Both squads had four players selected by the Lancaster-Lebanon League coaches, while Pequea Valley had two players chosen for postseason honors. Lancaster Mennonite's Dylan Gibble and Columbia's Ryan Redding were the lone representatives for their respective schools.
