Cancel anytime! Your online access will remain active until the end of your billing period. To cancel choose account options in your subscription account manager.

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. Please see our cancellation and refund policy for more information.

You may need to log in again if you switch devices, use different browsers, or clear your settings. Updates or inactivity can also cause this. If continue to have login issues, please let us know at lanc.news/loginhelp.

Subscriptions include access to LancasterOnline.com, the LNP Daily eNewspaper, Ancestry News Archives, and the LNP Mobile App.

Print subscribers can activate their digital accounts at lancasteronline.com/activate. New subscribers can purchase a digital subscription at lancasteronline.com/subscribe.

Accounts can share access with up to five users. To add a user to your shared account, follow these steps: 

  • Visit lancasteronline.com/myaccount/digital
  • Go to the Subscriptions tab. 
  • Select Account Options > Manage Shared Accounts
  • Enter the user’s email address. 
  • Click the check mark icon. 
  • Click Save

The user will receive an email invitation to set up their login. There are some images below to help guide you.  

If you do not see this option, please let us know and provide the email address you would like to set up. We can assist in setting it up for you and troubleshoot why the option may not be visible. For additional support feel free to call us at 717-291-8611. 

  • Chrome (Desktop): Click the 🔒 or shield icon next to the website address → Site settings → Allow ads → refresh the page.

  • Safari (Mac): Go to Safari › Preferences › Extensions → Uncheck or disable your ad-blocker for this site → Reload the page.

  • Firefox: Click the shield icon left of the address bar → Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection → Refresh the page.

  • Mobile browsers: Open the browser menu (⋮ icon) → Settings → Site permissions → Allow ads or disable content blocking.

Below are the steps to help you locate and download the article or photo you’re looking for.

At this time, we only offer framed reprints of front pages, but you’re welcome to download a PDF file to have it printed and framed through a third-party service of your choice.

To download an article PDF:

If it was published within the past 30 days:

  1. Visit our e-Edition at https://lancasteronline-pa.newsmemory.com/
  2. Find the article.
  3. Select Pages from the menu on the right.
  4. Check the box for the page you want.
  5. Click Download Selected.

If it was published more than 30 days ago:

  1. Go to our Archives at https://lancasteronline.com/archives/
  2. Search for the article by date.
  3. Open the full page.
  4. Click Print or Download in the upper right corner.

To purchase a photo:

  1. Locate the photo within the online article or photo collection on LancasterOnline.com.
  2. Click the photo to open it.
  3. Select the Buy Now button to view print and framing options.

To order a front-page reprint:

  1. Visit the LNP Shop at https://shop.lnpmediagroup.com/products/front-page-prints
  2. Choose the date of the front page you’d like reprinted, along with your preferred size and frame options
  3. Add the item to your cart and complete checkout
