Norma E. DeLong, 91, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Brossman. Her husband, Milburn K. DeLong, passed away in 2002. Norma was a machine operator working for J. L. Clark Corp. in Lancaster for over 30 years. She enjoyed antiques, attending public auctions, visiting Community Aid and Goodwill, and playing cards.
Surviving is her daughter, Onamae Lynn Brown; her grandchildren, James A. Brown, Jr., Christopher A. Brown, Andrew M. Brown, Rebekah L. Brown, and Adam J. Brown; great-grandchildren, Austin J. Brown, and Alyssa P. Brown. Preceding her in death are her siblings, LeRoy, Edna, Edith, and Marguerite.
Family and friends are invited to funeral services at Fred F. Groff, Inc., 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be Wednesday at Fred F. Groff, Inc., from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517.
