AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

LANCASTER: Francisco Romero, 30, who is homeless, was charged after he approached a 17-year-old male with a large knife, aimed the knife at the teen’s throat, then slashed at the teen’s chest — resulting in a cut to the victim’s jacket — during a confrontation Jan. 20 at McDonald’s, 210 W. King St., police said.

COUNTERFEIT

MANHEIM TWP.: An unidentified male used counterfeit $100 bills to purchase a gift card Jan. 19 at Walgreens, 1262 Lititz Pike. Loss is $500.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

WARWICK TWP.: Maleah N. Hess, 18, of Wickshire Circle, Lititz, was charged with criminal mischief and public drunkenness after she damaged a parked car Jan. 19 near her home, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

WARWICK TWP.: William C. Bufis, 18, of 115 Chestnut St., Lititz, and Galen Alleman, 21, of 26 Laurie Lane, Lititz, were charged after they were shooting off fireworks Jan. 22 in the 600 block of Owl Hill Road, police said.

EAST PETERSBURG: Matthew S. Hample, 35, of the 6300 block of Lemon Street, was charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and institutional vandalism after a disturbance Jan. 15 at his home, police said. After being placed in a police car, Hample spit and smeared blood in the vehicle, officials said.

MANOR TWP.: Lawrence Helsel, 66, of the 300 block of Oakridge Drive, was charged after a dispute with a neighbor Jan. 8, police said.

DOG LAW VIOLATION

MANOR TWP.: Matthew J. McKelvey, 31, of the 400 block of Letort Road, Millersville, was charged with failing to provide a health certificate for importation, not having a dog license and not having vaccination against rabies after his dog was found Jan. 20 chained to a school bus parked in a field on Letort Road near Sheep Lane, police said.

DRUG CHARGES

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Felix E. Alvarado, 20, of Leola, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement after a traffic stop Jan. 23 in the 100 block of West Main Street, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Jomar Guerrero, 24, of Coventry Road, was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana after a traffic stop Jan. 21 on Manheim Pike at Route 283, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Tatyanna M. Goudy, 18, of South School Lane, was charged with possession of marijuana after a disturbance Jan. 21 at Eden Resort, 222 Eden Road, police said.

DUI

MANOR TWP.: Jerry F. Wright, 58, of the 100 block of Kloss Drive, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 20 in the first block of Millersville Road, police said.

PARADISE TWP.: Christopher W. Little, no age or hometown listed, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 20 at Strasburg and South Belmont roads, police said.

TERRE HILL: Catherine L. Innes, 25, of the 100 block of West Main Street, Terre Hill, was charged after she was found passed out in the driver’s seat of her vehicle Dec. 30 at a stop sign at Lancaster Avenue and West Main Street, police said. The vehicle was still in drive, and Innes had her foot on the brake, officials said.

HARASSMENT

LANCASTER TWP.: Frances M. Colondres, 30, of Union Street, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after she struck a female in the face Jan. 20 at Wheatland Middle School, 919 Hamilton Park Drive, police said.

MANOR TWP.: Leann M. Yunginger, 28, of the 200 block of Greyfield Drive, was charged after a domestic disturbance Jan. 15 in the area of Greyfield Drive, police said.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

MANOR TWP.: Craig L. Williams, 48, of the 200 block of Harvard Drive, was charged after a domestic dispute Jan. 21 at his home, police said.

MANOR TWP.: El Dejzhuan Flowers, 28, of the 200 block of Stonemill Road, was charged after a domestic incident Jan. 16 at his home, police said.

THEFT

LANCASTER/MANHEIM TWP.: Electronics and cash were taken when several vehicles were entered overnight Jan. 19 on Newton Road, Clayton Road, North President Avenue and North School Lane. Loss is $582. Police said none of the vehicles was forcibly entered.

LANCASTER TWP.: Jewelry valued at $600 was taken between Jan. 17 and 19 from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 1200 block of Ranck Mill Road.

LANCASTER: A computer was stolen between Jan. 13 and 15 from a home in the 400 block of Fremont Street.

DRUMORE TWP.: An all-terrain vehicle, go-kart, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii were taken Jan. 12 from a home in the 1100 block of River Road.

THEFT CHARGES

MANHEIM TWP.: Fernando C. Doitteau, 36, of Manor Street, was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after he stole $60 worth of frozen shrimp Jan. 21 from Giant, 1605 Lititz Pike, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Deon J. Jones, 24, of South Queen Street, was charged with theft and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was arrested Jan. 19 at Turkey Hill, 806 New Holland Ave., police said. While employed at the store, Jones stole lottery tickets, scratched them off and claimed winnings of $840, police said. He used the winnings to purchase additional tickets and cashed in those winnings as well. Total loss is $1,490.

LANCASTER TWP.: Xiomara Figueroa-Nieves, 37, of West Filbert Street, was charged with the theft of $239 worth of items Jan. 19 from Weis Markets, 1204 Millersville Pike, police said.

VEHICULAR DAMAGE

LANCASTER TWP.: Two men were seen getting into a parked, running vehicle Jan. 22 in the 900 block of East Orange Street. When they tried to pull out of the parking space, they backed into the vehicle behind them and then pulled forward into the vehicle in front. The men fled on foot.
