COLUMBIA: Tanya G. Asia, 41, of Columbia, was charged after an incident Feb. 7 in the 700 block of Ridge Avenue, police said.

ROBBERY

COLUMBIA: Jeffrey E. Hoover, 18, of Ephrata, has been charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery after he and an unidentified suspect on Feb. 8 stole $500 from someone who tried to purchase marijuana from the two, police said. THEFT

COLUMBIA: James J. Doersom III, 25, of Columbia, was charged after he stole a package with a value of $42.84 from someone’s doorstep Feb. 8, police said.

DRUG CHARGES

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Charles Vincent Lopuszniski, 18, of Denver, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while a passenger in a vehicle stopped Feb. 9 in the 2600 block of North Reading Road, police said.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Brent Christopher Bowman, 40, of Denver, was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop for a suspended registration Feb. 4 at Denver and Flamingo roads, police said.

DUI

DENVER: Thomas Joseph Paul Wheatly Jr., 26, of Denver, was charged after a traffic stop for erratic driving Feb. 9 in the 300 block of Main Street, police said.

DENVER: Tiffany Sheree Briggs, 23, of Newsmanstown, was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop Dec. 30 in the 200 block of Main Street, police said.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Brandon Alan Devault, 35, of Reamstown, was charged after he was seen speeding Feb. 10 in the first block of North Reamstown Road, police said.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Austin Shelby Rock, 28, of Stevens, was charged with DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and an interlock ignition violation after an officer attempted to stop him for a stop sign violation Feb. 10, police said.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Wilbert Quirindongo Vega, 26, of Denver, was charged after a traffic stop for erratic driving Feb. 1 in the first block of West Church Street, police said.

HARASSMENT

DENVER: Mervin Redcay Jr., 37, of Denver, was charged after sending threatening texts to a person Feb. 3 in the 300 block of Main Street, police said.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

DENVER: Brad A. Gensamer, 43, of Denver, was charged with simple assault, intimidation of a witness, two counts of terroristic threats, harassment and public drunkenness after a domestic incident Feb. 8 in the 900 block of North Sixth Street, police said. Gensamer allegedly assaulted a woman, left the home and was arrested on North Fifth Street. On the way to Lancaster County Prison he told police he was going to kill the woman, police said. Lancaster County Adult Probation and Parole filed a detainer to keep him incarcerated, according to police.

LANCASTER: Shawn Kian Arrington, 42, of North Carolina, was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a call about a person trying to leave a parking lot while intoxicated Feb. 7 in the 200 block of North Christian Street, police said.

THEFT CHARGES

LANCASTER: Tristan Von Vo, 26, of Landisville, was charged with retail theft after removing security devices and hiding merchandise in a gift bag Feb. 4 at 1135 Park City Center, police said.

LANCASTER: A black-and-silver 9 mm Smith & Wesson handgun was stolen Feb. 9 from a home in the 600 block of Columbia Avenue, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Edward J. Durant, 30, of South Plum Street, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Feb. 7 on South Plum Street, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Anton Joseph Rosario, 24, of Square Street, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Feb. 1 on East Main Street at Eby Chiques Road, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Shayna Lyn Nyeste, 48, of East Main Street, was charged after a traffic stop Feb. 2 on Appletree Alley and Concord Street, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Mark Edward Cottrell, 48, of Water Street, was charged after a traffic stop Jan. 26 on West Main Street, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Lloyd H. Kennedy, 48, of Creekside Lane, was charged with theft of services after placing three large trash bags in the recycle dumpster of a business Jan. 24 in the 700 block of East Main Street, police said.
