DISORDERLY CONDUCT

MILLERSVILLE: Michael F. Garcia, 20, of Sykesville, Maryland, was charged after activating an emergency phone when there was no emergency April 2 in the borough, police said.

MILLERSVILLE: James M. McDonald, 20, and Jacob A. Rice, 20, both of Sinking Spring, were charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking after an incident April 1 in the 100 block of West Frederick Street, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Patricia J. Dundore, 52, of Oak Lane, was charged after a disturbance March 27 at Planet Fitness, 366 Carrera Drive, police said.

EAST PETERSBURG: Juan Ubiles, 37, of North Cherry Street, and Angel M. Reyes-Narzario, 28, of Northfield Drive, East Petersburg, were charged after a fight March 5 at the home of Reyes-Narzario, police said.

DRUG CHARGES

LANCASTER: Carla Velez, 23, of the first block of South Franklin Street, was charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found with baggies containing heroin and crack cocaine after officers responded to a disturbance March 31 at her home, police said.

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Orlando Cruz, 28, of Lancaster, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police found him March 30 in a car parked on Columbia Avenue, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Brian A. Reich, 32, of West Market Street, Marietta, was charged with possession of heroin after officers responded to a report of a suspicious person March 12 at Giant, 1605 Lititz Pike, police said.

RAPHO TWP.: James J. Bryan, 26, of Harvestview South, Mount Joy, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop Jan. 27 at Pinkerton and Bridge Valley roads, police said.

EAST COCALICO TWP.: Leeann Marie Livinghouse, 37, of Shillington, was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on southbound Route 222 March 25, police said.

MANOR TWP.: Brandon Russell, 18, of Lancaster, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and underage drinking March 21 at Dickinson and Ursinus avenues, police said.

DUI

EPHRATA TWP.: Michelle R. Mentzer, 46, of Ephrata, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop Feb. 2 in the first block of East Main Street, police said.

HARASSMENT

MANHEIM TWP.: Judith L. Shaffer, 60, of Rose Avenue, was charged with two counts of harassment after she bit a man during a domestic disturbance April 2 at her home and struck him in the face and pushed him during a separate incident the following day, police said.

LANCASTER TWP.: Michelle M. Swann, 54, of Sterling Place,was charged after a domestic dispute March 31 at her home, police said.

HIT AND RUN

EAST PETERSBURG: Sequoyah Roberson, 38, of Carpenter Street, East Petersburg, was charged with accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving under suspension and a traffic violations after he left the scene of a crash March 23 in the 5900 block of Lemon Street, police said.

SHOTS FIRED

LANCASTER: Police responding to a report of gunfire found spent shell casings and cellphones around 8:30 p.m. March 31 in the first block of West James Street.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Braelyn Figles, 19, of the 800 block of Huntington Place, and Claudia Malarkey, 19, of Elizabethtown, were charged after an incident March 25 in the 800 block of Huntington Place, police said.

RAPHO TWP.: Howard F. Beecher, 51, of Norristown, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident March 15 in the 2700 block of Lebanon Road, police said.

RAPHO TWP.: Eliese Schanz, 53, of Hilltop Road, Manheim, was charged with simple assault and harassment after she struck a person during an argument March 3 at her home, police said.

MILLERSVILLE: Zachary L. Love, 31, of Lancaster, was charged after a traffic stop Feb. 10 in the 1900 block of Wabank Road, police said.

WARWICK TWP.: Dana Ann Getz, 34, of 14 Church Street, was charged with simple assault and harassment after injuring a man and a 17-year-old male during a domestic incident April 3 at her home, police said.

PENN TWP.: Lauren N. Palm, 24, of the 1100 block of Lexington Road, was charged after a domestic incident March 30 at her home, police said.

THEFT

EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: A generator worth $377 was stolen after it was delivered March 21 to Park City Apartments on Shreiner Road, police said.

LANCASTER TWP.: A bicycle and air compressor were taken April 1 from a garage in the first block of Cottage Avenue. Loss is $794.

MANHEIM TWP.: A male and female took a cart of unpaid merchandise valued at $1,572 March 26 from Walmart, 2030 Fruitville Pike. The two began to unload the items into a waiting tan Ford Taurus but drove off with just a TV after being confronted by a store employee.

LANCASTER TWP.: Several power lawn tools were stolen during the past two weeks from a garage in the 1200 block of Ranck Mill Road. Loss is $1,000.

THEFT CHARGES

LANCASTER: Christine N. Lightcap, 29, of the 500 block of West Orange Street, was charged with the left of items April 1 from Kohl’s, 1135 Park City Center, police said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Teresa Riehl, 56, of Leola, was charged with the theft of items March 29 from Wal-Mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, police said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Darren Showalter, 19, of Lancaster, was charged with the theft of items March 29 from Wal-Mart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, police said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Justin Stark, 25, of Lancaster, was charged with the theft of a Ford Taurus March 29 from the first block of Highland Drive, police said. The vehicle was recovered.

MANHEIM TWP.: Arsenio A. Gates, 28, of Philadelphia, was charged with stealing $65 worth of items April 2 from Walmart, 2030 Fruitville Pike, police said. He was taken into custody on an outstanding Montgomery County warrant and turned over to Lancaster County Prison to await transfer.

MANHEIM TWP.: Craig A. Harman, 47, of Charlestown Road, was charged with the theft of $154 worth of items April 1 from Walmart, 2030 Fruitville Pike, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Eric Rivera, 38, of Pilgrim Drive, was charged with retail theft and corruption of minors after he took $61 worth of items March 28 from Giant, 1605 Lititz Pike, while accompanied by a 15-year-old relative, police said.

MANOR TWP.: Rachel J. Thompson, 35, of Wrightsville, was charged with the theft of items March 28 from Rite-Aid, 1550 Columbia Ave, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Derek S. Weachter, 24, of South Main Street, Manheim, was charged with taking items on three occasions between March 16 and 26 from Walmart, 2030 Fruitville Pike, police said. Weachter stole game controllers and a headset worth $581, police said.

VANDALISM

MANHEIM TWP.: Restrooms were spray-painted with graffiti between March 29 and April 2 at Stoner Park, 2200 Northbrook Drive. Loss amount has not yet been determined.

VEHICLE THEFT

LANCASTER: A tan 2000 Honda Civic was stolen overnight March 30 from the 200 block of East Lemon Street.

WEAPONS

MANOR TWP.: Shaliek A. Rivera, 31, of East Petersburg, was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of cocaine and possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop March 25 at School House and Stone Mill roads, police said.

LANCASTER: Ryan Rivera, 19, of Lancaster, was charged with persons not to possess a firearm and firearms not to be carried without a license after a gun was found in his waistband when he was arrested on a probation violation April 3 in the first block of North Broad Street, police said. Rivera was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
