Columbia Borough Police

DRUG CHARGES

COLUMBIA: Marlin William Straub IV, 37, of Washington Boro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found with a needle Jan. 25 in the 300 block of Chestnut Street, police said.

COLUMBIA: Todd Michael Groff, 42, of Marietta, was charged with possession of methamphetamine after he was found with the drug Dec. 20 in the 800 block of Lancaster Avenue, police said.

COLUMBIA.: Michael McDermott, 53, of Millersville, was charged Dec. 9 with drug violations when he was found in possession of marijuana following a DUI incident, police said.

LANCASTER TWP.: Dustin Hibner-Grogg, 24, of Lancaster, was arrested Jan. 31, for possession of firearms and ammunition obtained in a burglary, police said. Hibner-Grogg is a convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing firearms, police said.

THEFT CHARGES

DENVER.: Daphne S. Malinich, of Denver, was charged Jan. 11 with conspiracy to commit theft by deception related to a package shipping scam from October 2018, police said.

BURGLARY

EDEN TWP.: Two two-pound propane tanks, two propane heaters and a Dewalt flashlight were reported stolen overnight Jan. 29 from Mount Pleasant Mennonite Church, 3740 White Oak Road, police said.

EDEN TWP.: A black M&P Bodyguard .380 caliber pistol was reportedly stolen between Jan. 11 and 29 from a location on Springville Road, police said.

EAST LAMPETER TWP.: James Deandre Goldbach, 18, and Dimitrius Dean Rodriguez,18, both of Lancaster, were charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop Jan. 23 on Oak View Road, police said.

West Lampeter Township police

ROBBERY

WEST LAMPETER TWP.: Amanda Lynne Hanna Polk, no age given, no known address, was charged with robbery, terroristic threats and theft after a Jan. 31 robbery at Turkey Hill Minit Market, 3291 Willow Street Pike, police said. A warrant was issued for her arrest. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 717-464-2421.
