ASSAULT

LITITZ: Eduardo Cruz Jr., 31, of the 400 block of Hometowne Terrace, was charged with two counts of simple assault, domestic violence and endangering the welfare of children April 12 after he allegedly punched an adult female in the face while she was holding an 8-month-old infant, police said. Police said he also struck the infant, who required hospitalization for head trauma.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

MANHEIM TWP.: Iris L. Workman, 37, of Lancaster, was charged after she scratched a person’s car and kicked the mirror off it, causing $500 in damage April 10 at Eden Resort, 222 Eden Road, police said.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

MANHEIM TWP.: Roger D. Horton, 48, of Lancaster, was charged on Thursday after police say he yelled at someone in a large crowd during an auction.

DRUG CHARGES

MANHEIM TWP.: Scott M. Stubbe, 53, of Lancaster, was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on Friday after police say they found 40 bags of heroin, marijuana, drug packaging material, glass pipes and $1,550 in cash in his home.

MANHEIM TWP.: Johnathan M. Huylo, II, 24, of Lititz, was charged with possession of marijuana Tuesday after marijuana was found in his car during a traffic stop, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Brian L. Allison, 23, of Denver, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was found after hours April 8 inside Perelman Park, 1996 Landis Valley Road, police said.

LANCASTER TWP.: Lindsay C. Donovan, 27, of Columbia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop April 8 in the 1200 block of Millersville Pike, police said.

LANCASTER TWP.: Zachary D. Ritchey, 29, of Columbia, was charged with possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop April 8 in the 1200 block of Millersville Pike, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: William E. McGinnis, 20, of Conestoga, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after police say they found a marijuana grinder in his vehicle during a traffic stop on April 4.

MOUNT JOY: Brandy Lee Kain, 25, of West Main Street, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop April 2, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Nicholas Anthony Mandala, 26, of Sassafras Terrace, was charged March 29 with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

DUI

MANHEIM TWP.: Matthew P. Mullins, 43, of Lititz, was charged Friday following a traffic stop, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Thomas William Matroni, 53, of Lancaster, was charged after a crash March 10 at Juliette and Marshall avenues, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Christopher Evan Yowler, 26, of East Hazel Avenue, Marietta, was charged after he was seen crossing over double yellow lines numerous times April 10, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Scott George Gordon, 22, of Carriage Lane, Ephrata Township, was charged after he was seen swerving across multiple lanes of travel April 7, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Ricardo Torres-Morales, 43, of West High Street, Maytown, was charged after a traffic stop March 25, police said.

MOUNT JOY: Judy Anne Hess, 53, of South Chiques Road, East Hempfield Township, was charged with DUI and resisting arrest after a vehicle crash March 14, police said.

PENN TWP.: Sherrie Link, 48, of Morning Glory Lane, Manheim, was charged after striking an oncoming vehicle at 9:32 p.m. April 9 at Route 72 and Newport Road. Police said Link had a blood alcohol content of 0.132 percent.

MANHEIM TWP.: Seat Sook, 40, of Lancaster was charged on March 30 after yielding a a 0.183 percent blood alcohol content on a chemical test following a crash, police said.

HARASSMENT

MANHEIM TWP.: Daniel Ortiz Jr., 21, of Lancaster, was charged after he punched a person in the jaw April 11 at LA Fitness, 1300 Lititz Pike, police said.

INDECENT ASSAULT

MANHEIM TWP.: Victor A. King, 55, of Ephrata, was charged March 29 after he touched a women through her pants without her consent in the 2300 block of Oregon Pike, police said.

NOISE VIOLATION

LANCASTER TWP.: Seria K. Fredericks, 40, of the 300 block of Pennshire Drive, was charged April 6 after playing music at her home that could be heard beyond her property at 11:30 p.m., police said.

SPEEDING

MANOR TWP.: Police cited six drivers during a detail April 12 on Route 999, where the speed limit is 40 mph. Police also cited seven drivers during an April 11 enforcement detail on Ironstone Ridge Road in the area of Derby Lane, where the posted speed limit is 25 mph.

STRANGULATION

SALISBURY TWP.: Matthew Ryan Hicks, 31, of Gap, was charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment after an incident at 7:15 p.m. April 9 in the 800 block of Newport Avenue.

THEFT

PENN TWP.: Henadzi Ivanovich Bondarau, 70, of Brooklyn, New York, was charged after allegedly taking 19 key fobs worth $6,700 from cars at Manheim Auto Auction, police said. Police said he was arrested April 6 “as he was sorting through the key fobs while defecating on the ground behind a row of cars.”
