COLUMBIA: Michael David Goodman, 40, of Mount Joy, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop June 27 in the 300 block of Poplar Street, police said.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

COLUMBIA: Kia Lynette Griffy, 32, of Columbia, was charged following an incident June 28 in the 400 block of Chestnut Street, police said.

MANHEIM TWP.: Benjamin Shawn Wolgemuth, 20, of Manheim, was charged with carrying a handgun without a license after a traffic stop July 3 in the 1600 block of Lititz Pike, police said.

RETAIL THEFT

MANHEIM TWP.: Troy L. Henry, 51, of Lancaster, was charged for the alleged theft of crab legs June 23 and June 24 at Giant Food Store, 1604 Lititz Pike, police said. The total value was $285.81.

MANHEIM TWP.: Helen Villavicencio, 49, of Lancaster, was charged for alleged thefts June 30 at Giant Food Store, 1604 Lititz Pike, police said. The total value was $189.45.

MANHEIM TWP.: Jose David Valentin-Medina, 42, of Lancaster, was charged July 2 with the alleged theft of shrimp valued at $101.92 from Giant Food Store, 1604 Lititz Pike, police said.

EARL TWP.: Victoria Coy, 18, of New Holland, was charged after a traffic stop June 22 near South Custer Avenue and Philip Road. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.116%, police said.

NEW HOLLAND: Trista McCracken-Esbenshade, 35, of New Holland, was charged after a traffic stop June 25 in the first block of Diller Avenue. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.144%, police said.

PENN TWP.: Jennifer Lynn Clark, 41, of Manheim, was charged with retail theft and corruption of minors after she allegedly stole $438 in merchandise July 1 from Weis Markets, 75 Doe Run Road, police said.

PEQUEA TWP.: Cindy Book, 51, of New Providence, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence and disregarding a traffic lane after a traffic stop June 12 in the 3200 block of Willow Street Pike, police said. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.284%, police said.

PEQUEA TWP.: Autumn McCullough, 31, of Lancaster, was charged with theft by unlawful taking after she allegedly stole $2,024 in property from a home on New Danville Pike between May 15 and June 2, police said.
