EPHRATA: Shawn D. Espigh, 44, of Lititz, was charged with theft and criminal mischief, after security camera footage showed him cutting a security cable and removing a donation box for Alex's Lemonade Stand around 8:38 a.m. May 28 at Walmart, 890 E. Main St., police said. Loss reported at $175.

Mount Joy police

Assault

MOUNT JOY: Michael Joseph Parks, 54, of Mount Joy, was charged with simple assault and public drunkenness after he punched a juvenile in the cheek around 6:40 p.m. May 24 on South High Street, police said.

Drug charges

MOUNT JOY: Krista Kay Sebelist, 30, of Mount Joy, was charged with possession of cocaine at her residence around 2:45 p.m. April 1, police said.

Trespassing

MOUNT JOY: Latiesha Marie Pearson, 37, of Mount Joy, was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and false reports after she returned to Turkey Hill, 325 W. Main St., around 1:30 a.m. May 20 after being told she was not permitted there and falsely reported a robbery had taken place, police said.

WEST LAMPETER TWP.: Earl H. Randolph Jr. 60, of Lancaster, was charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped at Lampeter and Pioneer roads about 3:36 a.m. June 1, police said.
