State Sen. Ryan Aument, R-Landisville, will hold a telephone town hall event tonight in which Lancaster County residents can let him know their stances on everything from the state budget to specific legislative issues.
At 5:55 p.m. Thursday, the roughly hour-long call will allow locals to share their views, ask questions or listen to the dialogue, according to a press release.
Aument represents the state’s 36th Senatorial District, which covers the northern part of the county.
To call in, dial 877-229-8493 and enter the pin 113944. Participants can also sign up by texting “pasenaument” to 828282 or visiting the telephone town hall webpage: www.vekeo.com/pasenaument.
The audio live stream will also be available at www.vekeo.com/pasenaument when the event begins.
Aument is finishing his first year as a state senator after serving for two terms in the state House representing the 41st District. He is the chair of the Senate Communications and Technology Committee and vice chair of the Senate Public Health and Welfare Committee.
