PennDOT cameras show traffic backups after a crash Wednesday afternoon on westbound Route 283 in Rapho Township.

Westbound Route 283 has re-opened after a vehicle crash in Rapho Township.

Motorists were being detoured off the highway at the Route 772 exit.

The crash occurred at 3:45 p.m. just west of North Strickler Road. Initial reports indicated a vehicle went airborne, then rolled over.

It took fire crews nearly 30 minutes to free one woman from the wreckage. It wasn't immediately clear if any other vehicles were involved or if anyone else was injured.
