Route 30 around Oakview Road has re-opened to traffic after a vehicle fire and non-functioning traffic lights left traffic knotted Friday afternoon.

According to radio reports, at around 5 p.m. a vehicle was "fully involved" in flames on the exit ramp of Route 30 near Oakview Road.

Traffic was further hindered by traffic lights at the Route 30 / Oakview Road intersection that were not working due to an earlier tractor trailer crash, according to Lancaster County-Wide Communications.
