A man sexually assaulted a Lancaster County teenage girl about 150 times over a two-year period, according to Ephrata police.
Harley Dean Davis, 20, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, was charged Tuesday with one count each of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person younger than 16, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors, according to court documents.
The girl told Ephrata police in December that Davis, who had been living in the Denver area, began sexually assaulting her when she was 13, starting in August 2016, according to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday. Davis was 17.
The girl also reported other sexual assaults by Davis from 2016 to 2018, the complaint said. The girl reported she'd been assaulted about 150 times, according to the complaint.
Davis admitted to police he had regular sexual contact with the girl over the time period, the complaint said.
Davis is being held at Lancaster County Prison, unable to post 10 percent of $20,000 bail. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for 2 p.m. May 31 before District Judge Nancy Hamill.
