Antonio Rodriguez III

Antonio Rodriguez III, 42, of Lancaster, surrendered at a district judge's office on Tuesday after police said he pointed a gun at two juveniles during a dispute on June 10.

A man who Manheim Township police say pointed a gun at two minors and shoved another earlier this month surrendered to police on Tuesday.

Antonio Rodriguez III, 42, of Lancaster, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and firearms carried without a license after threatening a group of minors in the 900 block of Green Terrace on June 10, Manheim Township police said.

A warrant for Rodriguez was issued on Sunday. He surrendered Tuesday at District Judge Jonathan Heisse's office.

Police said Rodriguez had a dispute with three juveniles and pushed one of them backwards.

Rodriguez then pulled out a small handgun from his waistband and pointed it at the two other juveniles, police said.

The three youths were able to drive away before the incident escalated further, according to police.

Rodriguez' permit to carry a concealed firearm was revoked, police said.

Rodriguez was released after posting $75,000 bail.
