CLAY TWP.: Jose Antonio Rosario, 46, was charged June 2, after a domestic violence incident on the 200 block of west Burkholder Drive. Rosario held his hand in a manner covering the face of the victim causing her difficulty in breathing, police said.
PENN TWP.: Brakhim L. Badalov, 32, was charged June 7 after stealing $7,000 worth of key fobs from the manheim Auto Auction, police said.
CONESTOGA TWP.: Stephen Humbert, 32, of Conestoga Township, was charged with strangulation after he choked a woman and bit her ear June 1 at 1:30 p.m., police said.
West Hempfield police
MANOR TWP.: Ardis Goldsborough, 36, of Columbia, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault while driving under the influence, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, two counts of careless driving causing serious bodily injury and related offenses after a head-on crash about 6:14 p.m. April 1 in the 3100 block of Blue Rock Road, police said. Two occupants in the vehicle Goldsborough hit required surgery, and Goldsborough was seriously injured, police said.
MOUNTVILLE BOROUGH: Joshuael Ortiz, 25, of Lancaster, was charged with simple assault after slamming a door to a trailer on a woman’s hand, breaking two of her fingers, on May 18 in the 300 block of West Main Street at 8:35 p.m., police said.
