Lenny Dykstra was arrested by Linden, New Jersey, police May 23. He had allegedly put a gun to an Uber driver's head. 

The former Phillies and Mets outfielder was not arrested for that but was booked for possession of marijuana, cocaine and Molly, as reported by TMZ.com.

Here is video of Dykstra and Uber driver Brian Lutty each giving their version of the events that led to the arrest. Lutty was identified by patch.com.

At one point Dykstra says to one of of the  cops, "Dude, I'm a convicted felon. I can't own a firearm."
