The tropical system that drenched Florida the last week has arrived in Lancaster County, and cooler air has come with it.
But neither the rain nor the cooler temperatures are expected to stick around for long.
Forecasts call for a cloudy, cool day Tuesday with intermittent rain before clearing for Wednesday.
Tuesday's high temperature is expected to be 67 degrees, according to Accuweather.com. That's nearly 10 degrees cooler than the recent high temperatures.
It was 92 degrees on this day last year, according to Accuweather.com.
Tuesday's overnight low is listed at 58 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures should rebound on Wednesday, where a high of 77 degrees is expected. Thursday climbs back into the 80s with a high of 82 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
