A male and female were struck by a vehicle outside a bicycle shop near Elizabethtown Wednesday, according to county radio dispatches.
Both were taken to Hershey Medical Center with injuries, a county dispatch supervisor said.
The wreck happened outside Rails to Trail Bicycle Shop, 1010 Hershey Road, Mount Joy Township, at around 11:45 a.m.
A male was at least initially unconscious and a female was conscious after being struck, dispatches said. The female appeared to suffer a broken leg.
Northwest Regional police are investigating.
