Dean’s list

Elise Klingaman was named to the dean’s list with a 4.0 GPA for the fall semester at West Chester University, where she is a junior majoring in psychology and minoring in Russian.

She is vice president of the Honors Student Association, and a member of the Foreign Language and Psychology Honor Societies.

A 2016 graduate of Penn Manor High School, she is the daughter of Loren and Maureen Klingaman, of Holtwood.

Kelly A. Pozda, a senior at Towson University, majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing, was awarded the James L. Dunbar Memorial Scholarship for her excellence in the marketing program.

She also was accepted into the MentHER program at her university. This program involves empowering women within the business world by networking and mentoring high school women in the Baltimore area.

Pozda plans to graduate in May and pursue a career in sales and marketing. She is the daughter of Dave and Kathy Pozda, of Lancaster.
