PA Dutch food survey

We’ve covered pig stomach, chow-chow and scrapple.

Our series on Pennsylvania Dutch food will continue and the next treat we’ll feature is up to you. What Pennsylvania Dutch food would you like to learn more about in our series?

We plan to wrap up the series in December with a holiday favorite: mincemeat pie. So what should we write about in November? Apple butter? Maybe red beet eggs or meadow tea?

Share your suggestion below by Oct. 28. We’ll highlight the food with the most nominations in a LancasterOnline story.
