Brad and Janet don't have to be the only ones planning to say "I do" at Saturday's "Rocky Horror Picture Show" screening.
“Rocky Horror Picture Show” will be screened at the Elks Lodge at 10 p.m. Saturday. The 18-and-over event is sponsored by the Lancaster International Short Film Festival, Lancaster Transplant and the Historic Downtown Lancaster Coloring Book. Food and a cash bar will be available.
David Ramsay Jr., one of the event's organizers, says that the event will host free pop-up weddings for any couple with a valid marriage license. Couples must get a license from a Pennsylvania county by close of business on Wednesday for it to be valid on Saturday, Ramsay says. Those interested should email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to register.
Tickets to October's event sold out, so it's wise to grab yours early. For more information about the event, visit bit.ly/LNPRHPS.
