Jocelyn Park is one of the friendliest faces in Lancaster.
She founded Lancaster Transplant, a group that helps people new to Lancaster find friends and community. Park’s a self-described “chameleon,” because she has an uncanny ability to fit in wherever she goes.
When she was a shy teenager growing up in Media, Bucks County, she felt most at home in the Philadelphia punk community. Park frequented DIY house shows in West Philadelphia and dressed the part – from her multi-colored hair to her Doc Martens.
On this episode of My Generation, Park recounts her punk days with features editor Jon Ferguson and entertainment and music reporter Jenelle Janci.
