Moe's Southwest Grill, 530 Centerville Road, May 30. Several cracked food containers. Torn rubber door gaskets on the double-door cooling unit nearest to the cash register. Clean food equipment on the drying rack stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air-drying (wet-nesting). The pipe beneath the three-compartment sink at the three joints. An accumulation of static dust on the air-intake grids above the seating area. An accumulation of old food residue inside the scoop holder for nachos.
