Here's a roundup of recent hirings and promotions of management-level employees who live or work in Lancaster County.

• Four physicians have joined Lancaster General Health Physicians practices.

Dr. Madhavi Reddy, of Lititz, has joined LG Health Physicians Pain Management. Reddy, a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, completed a residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She is board-certified in pain management and anesthesiology.

She most recently practiced at Anesthesia Associates of Lancaster.

Dr. Ankur K. Sadhukhan, of Lancaster, has joined LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Strasburg. Sadhukhan, a graduate of New Jersey Medical School, completed a residency at Highland Hospital of Rochester. He is board-certified in family medicine.

Sadhukhan most recently practiced at Stephen G. Diamantoni, M.D., and Associates Family Practice.

Dr. Gregory R. Spisak Jr., of Manheim, has joined LG Health Physicians Hospitalists. A graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed an internship and residency recently at Danville Regional Medical Center. He is board-certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Alison M. Stanley, of Lancaster, has joined LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Manheim. Stanley, a graduate of Penn State College of Medicine, completed an internship and residency recently at Lancaster General Hospital.

 Mennonite Home Communities has hired Daniel Mortensen as vice president of operations.

Mortensen, of Lancaster, previously was executive vice president at University of Valley Forge.

Mortenson holds two bachelor’s degrees from Vanguard University of Southern California and a doctorate from Claremont Graduate University.

• Cargas Systems has promoted Dennis DiSabatino to vice president and Rocky Bare to sales manager in the energy division.

DiSabatino, of Muhlenberg, was hired in 2003, most recently serving as director of sales in the energy division. He has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Alvernia University.

Bare, of Lancaster, was hired in 2015 as a sales consultant after 12 years with John Deere. Bare is a University of Iowa graduate.

• Godfrey has hired Taylor Bland as an account manager.

Bland, of Mechanicsburg, most recently worked at Oden & Associates in Memphis, Tennessee, as an account manager. Bland graduated from Christian Brothers University.

• Faith Friendship Ministries in Mountville has hired Gwendolyn F. Didden as executive director.

She succeeds Steve Dietch, who left to pursue other interests after more than 16 years as the organization’s first executive director. Dietch will remain on the board of directors until May.

Didden spent the past nine years as executive director of Family Promise of Berks County. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University and a master’s degree from Lincoln University.

The Wyomissing resident expects to move to Lancaster County in the next several months.

• Two family physicians and two neurologists have joined WellSpan medical practices in Lancaster County.

Dr. Stephanie Ashbaugh has joined WellSpan Family Medicine—Granite Run. Ashbaugh, of Hummelstown, received her medical degree from the Penn State University. She did both her residency in family practice and her fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Providence Hospital, Southfield, Michigan. She previously was medical director of the Department of Family and Community Medicine of the Penn State Hershey Medical Group. She is board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Alison Lima has joined WellSpan Family Medicine—Trout Run. Lima, of Brownstown, received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She recently completed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital.

Dr. Bandhu Paudyal has joined WellSpan Neurology in Ephrata. Paudyal, of Lititz, received his medical degree from the Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Nepal. He did his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and his fellowship at Wake Forest University Medical Center. He previously worked for Advantage Care Physicians in Forest Hills, New York. He is board-certified by the American Board of Neurology.

Dr. Andrew Stein, a pediatric neurologist, also has joined WellSpan Neurology in Ephrata. Stein, of Elizabethtown, received his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He recently completed his residency at the University of Michigan Pediatric Neurology Residency Program. He is board-eligible by the American Board of Neurology.

• Lancaster Country Day School has named Lou Castelli and David Lieb to its board of trustees for three-year terms.

Castelli, of Lancaster, is a private capital markets investment banker with Chapman Associates. Lieb, of Birdsboro, is a corporate restructuring consultant.
