A new brewery could open by September in the former home of a Millersville pizza shop.

Raney Cellars Brewing Co. will take a spot at 11 Manor Ave., the former home of The Original Nino’s Pizza & Grille.

The brewery is owned by Sean Raney and his wife, Sarah. Sean Raney has been a professional brewer for about six years, including stints at Bonfire Brewing in Colorado and Mad Chef Craft Brewing in East Petersburg.

Raney said the new brewery will feature a rotating selection of beers as well as a barrel aging program. It will have inside seating as well as room for about 30 on a deck, with food trucks being invited to offer meals to patrons.

Raney Cellars Brewing Co. will take a restaurant space that had been extensively renovated in 2016. The property was bought in January for $405,000 by Sean’s parents, Martha and Gregory Raney, from whom he will be leasing it.
