The state Judicial Conduct Board officially suspended, with pay, District Judge Kelly S. Ballentine on Wednesday.

City police have charged an Ephrata man with burglarizing several offices over the weekend at the Griest Building in downtown Lancaster.

Five cars were stolen in Lancaster city and Lancaster Township on Monday night or Tuesday morning, according to police.
