In his 59 years, Timothy Metzel never was called for jury duty until a letter arrived in his mailbox this year telling him to report to the county courthouse April 11.
One problem — Mr. Metzel died May 1, 2010.
His widow, Louise Rebman Metzel, still hurts when she goes to the mailbox...
