2012 SPRING GASOLINE GIVEAWAY CONTEST

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Rules and Regulations:

No purchase necessary to enter.
Must be 18 years old or older to be eligible to participate.
Only official entry forms will be accepted. Entry forms are available in newspaper ads in the Intell Journal/New Era and Sunday News from Tuesday, 05/22/12 through Sunday, 06/10/12. LancasterOnline.com’s eEditions subscribers may print out entry forms from eEditions, limit one online entry per each edition ad date.
Free entry forms will be available at Lancaster Newspapers downtown lobby at 8 West King Street Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM on a one-per-person-per-day basis from 5/22/12 to 6/8/12.
Enter as many times as you wish using valid entry blanks. The more times you enter, the greater your chances of winning a prize. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
Each of the entry forms must be filled out completely and dropped off at participating auto dealers. The deadline for receipt of entries at auto dealers is Monday, 6/11/12 by the close of business for each participating dealer.
Participating auto dealers may be found by reading through their classified ads. Dealers that have the Spring Gasoline Giveaway button logo in their ads are participating and entries may be dropped off only at their location(s).
No mailed or emailed entries accepted.
Winners' names will be selected in a random drawing from among all valid entries by Friday, 6/5/12. You do not need to be present to win. Judges' decisions are final. Winners will be notified within one week by telephone or e-mail to verify eligibility and arrange for receipt of the prize. Winners' names will be announced in the Sunday News on 6/24/12.
There are three prizes being given away. All are gift cards good for gasoline at Turkey Hill Minit Markets. First Prize is $700 in gasoline cards. Second Prize is $400 in gasoline cards. Third Prize is $200 in gasoline cards. No cash substitute for prize won. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
Limit one prize per household. Winners must be a resident of one of the following PA counties: Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, Chester or York.
Prize eligibility limited to individuals. Businesses not eligible.
Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes won and will be required to fill out and sign a form that includes name, address, telephone, signature and social security number in order for the prize to be released.
Winners agree to allow their name and photo to be published in publications of Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. and on Lancaster Newspapers' websites.
Employees of Lancaster Newspapers, participating auto dealers and their immediate families living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Any attempt to bribe, coerce, or offer cash or a prize or a chance to win cash or a prize in exchange for an additional qualifying entry or additional multiple qualifying entries on the behalf of a contest participant by any other person is prohibited and will disqualify the contest entries of all persons involved in this activity.
