A vehicle accident with entrapment occurred along Route 283 West in Rapho Township Wednesday morning, police said.

It happened just west of North Strickler Road at 7:41 a.m.

A Camp Hill man was driving too fast for conditions and lost control of his pickup truck on the snowy road, Manheim Borough police Officer John Hoffner said. The pickup truck rolled a few times and ended up on its passenger side.

Firefighters freed the man from the wrecked truck, Hoffner said.

He was transported to Lancaster General Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
