Associated Press Penn State recruit Christian Hackenberg, a quarterback from Fork Union, Va., is considered the nation's top "pro-style'' passer in this recruiting class. Hackenberg is also among a group of 6-8 recruits who committed to the Nittany Lions before NCAA sanctions resulting from the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse charges were announced in July.
