Fulton Financial and its affiliates have announced four management appointments.
Fulton Bank has named Donald P. DeHart vice president and group manager of the Manheim and East Petersburg offices. DeHart, of Lancaster, was hired in 1996. The Albright College graduate most recently was Manheim branch manager.
Fulton Financial has named Lauren A. Barley audit manager. Barley, of Lancaster, was hired in 2005. Most recently, the Elizabethtown College graduate was an audit supervisor.
It also has named Lauren S. McIntyre audit manager. McIntyre, of Lebanon, was hired in 2005. Most recently, the Lebanon Valley College graduate was an audit supervisor.
Fulton Financial Advisors has named Jody L. Valenzo vice president. She continues as a client services manager. Valenzo, of Lancaster, was hired in 1998. She holds an associate degree from Central Pennsylvania College and a bachelor's degree from Albright College.
Myers Bros. Drilling Contractors has named Dana Flexman a shareholder.
Flexman, of Lancaster, joined the family business in 1987. She continues as office manager.
Flexman is the first woman in the firm's 129-year history to be an owner of the firm. She also is the first member of the fifth generation of the family to be an owner.
As an owner, she succeeds her father, vice president Paul Myers, who is retiring.
Ten Thousand Villages has named Pam Raffensberger its interim chief executive officer through Dec. 31.
Raffensberger succeeds Doug Dirks, who has resigned as CEO but remains employed by Ten Thousand Villages as mission and community liaison.
Raffensberger, of Lancaster, continues as chief financial officer. The University of Baltimore graduate joined Ten Thousand Villages in 2006.
Dirks, of Lancaster, joined Ten Thousand Villages in 1985. The University of British Columbia graduate was named CEO a year ago.
ARRO Consulting has hired Elizabeth Guthridge as corporate human resources manager.
Guthridge, of Lancaster, previously was assistant district court administrator and human resources liaison in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas' Court Administration Office.
Guthridge holds a bachelor's degree from Albright College and a master's degree from Capella University.
Ephrata National Bank has hired Craig Rodenberger as director of marketing.
Rodenberger, of Landisville, has more than 12 years of banking and marketing experience. Most recently he was director of relationship sales for the American Bankers Association.
Rodenberger is a graduate of Millersville University.
Stoner Bunting Advertising has hired Amanda Eden as an account supervisor.
Eden, of Lancaster, has 12 years of experience in strategic planning and public relations. Most recently she was a public relations manager at White Good.
Eden is a Wichita State University graduate.
Luthercare has promoted Sally D. Groome to vice president for philanthropy.
Groome, of York, joined Luthercare in April 2011 as assistant vice president of philanthropy. Before that, she was national market manager at Adhesives Research and senior vice president of United Way of York County.
The Pennsylvania Dutch Convention & Visitors Bureau has hired Mara Sultan as senior sales manager for meetings and conventions.
Sultan, of Lancaster, previously worked at the Lancaster Arts Hotel, most recently as director of sales and marketing. She is a Montclair State University graduate.
Matthew H. Wimer has earned the certified field builder designation from the American Sports Builders Association, the first in Pennsylvania and one of only 40 in the nation.
A graduate of Solanco High School and the University of Delaware, Wimer is general manager of Hummer Turfgrass Systems, where he has worked for six years.
Greg Tomlinson, Curt Walter, Jeannette Fertig, Matt Fulmer, Ron Stark, Steve Heydt and Ryan Mason have earned the Landscape Industry Certified Lawn Care Technician designation from the Professional Landcare Network. The seven are employed by Tomlinson Bomberger Lawn Care, Landscape & Pest Control.
