COBYS Family Services has named Rose Walmer president of its board of directors and added Brenda Spence to the board.
Walmer, of Myerstown, is chief personnel officer at Wengers of Myerstown and president of The Wenger Foundation. She joined the COBYS board in 2010.
Spence, of Manheim, is resident accounts manager at Masonic Village in Elizabethtown.
Taylor Brand Group has hired Hallie Schorman as brand manager.
Schorman, of Lancaster, spent the past five years as a brand strategist for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
Garden Spot Electric has promoted Clayton Good to president, succeeding the retiring Richard J. Toews.
Good, of Manheim, joined Garden Spot Electric in 1980, most recently working as corporate secretary and project manager/estimator.
Good and his brother, Anthony Good, who continues as superintendent of field operations and vice president, now operate the Manheim-based company.
Goodhart Sons Inc. has promoted Michael B. Goodhart to vice president of fabrication operations.
Goodhart, of Lititz, has been with the company since 2002, most recently as plant manager.
A graduate of Warwick High School and the University of Delaware, Goodhart is part of the fourth generation of the Goodhart family working at the custom steel fabrication and installation company.
Murray Securus has promoted Marla Redding to director of construction client services.
Redding, of Lancaster, joined Murray Securus in 2000. She continues as an assistant vice president. Redding is an Indiana University graduate.
