Conestoga Valley School District Board of Directors will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the administration center, 2110 Horseshoe Road. Among the agenda items:

nReview of athletic budget; state and local revenue.

nProposals for delinquent per capita tax collection and consulting services for Act 129 energy rebates.

nPolicy review: instructional and resource materials; alternative learning options.

The East Hempfield Township Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the municipal building, 1700 Nissley Road, Landisville.

Among the agenda items: review, Hempfield Soccer Club, Graystone Road, lot add-on plan; commission vacancy; and plan introductions.

Lancaster City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Southern Market Center, 100 S. Queen St. Among the agenda items:

nReports requested by council and those from its committees.

nCouncil resolutions for designating February as Black History Month in the city and commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation.

nAdministration resolutions for: approving as a part of the licensed premises the basement area at 38 W. King St. and authorizing the submission of an application for funding from the Governor's Center for Local Government Services Early Intervention Program.

nReports of mayor and council president.

The Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet at 3 p.m. Monday at 150 N. Queen St., Binns Park Annex. Among the agenda items:

nCommunity planning reviews: Elizabethtown, proposed comprehensive amendments to the zoning ordinance that include minor revisions and regulation of alternative energy sources, and proposed amendment to zoning reclassifications.

nSubdivision and land development plans: modifications/waivers, Amos L. and Sarah K. Blank, Sadsbury Township. Plans, John S. Fisher, Sadsbury Township; Joseph E. Sinclair estate, Drumore Township; and Leon Miller, Sadsbury Township. Advisory reviews, Timothy G. and Lisa A. Heuston, East Hempfield Township; John F. and Sarah F. Glick, Providence Township; Harvey E. and Barbara Jean Heller, East Lampeter Township; Joan M. Taylor, Leacock Township; and Henry L. and Kathryn Stoltzfus (Stable Hollow Construction), Penn Township.

nProposed policy for administering and reviewing second dwellings.

Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 p.m. Monday for a workshop at the municipal building, 1240 Maple Ave.

A regular meeting will begin at 7 p.m. The agenda will include secretary, treasurer's and departmental reports.

Manheim Township Commissioners will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the municipal building, 1840 Municipal Drive. Among the agenda items:

nReport on Harrisburg Pike, Dillerville Road and President Avenue intersection improvement.

nPublic hearing (6 p.m.): Belmont conditional use request, Fruitville Pike.

nConsent agenda: 323 Millpond Drive, stormwater management plan, modification requests; Caldwell, Heckles & Egan Inc., Wonder Kids, 647 E. Roseville Road, impact fee waiver request; Stonehenge Reserve final, phase II, Fruitville Pike and Koser Road, financial security reduction; and Long Community at Highland, final phase II land development plan, 600 E. Roseville Road, financial security reduction.

nOrdinances: 25 mph zone in 2200-2300 block of Raleigh Drive; establishing the compensation and duties of the tax collector; and appointment of a treasurer and establishing duties.

nMotions: subdivision plan for 31 Buch Ave., and receive bids for traffic signal pre-emption installation at Manheim Pike and Route 283 east ramp and Manheim Pike and Route 283 west ramp.

Manheim Township Planning Commission will meet at noon Wednesday at the municipal building, 1840 Municipal Drive.

Agenda will include: conditional use request for Turkey Hill Minit Markets, Oregon Pike and Royer Drive for signage; subdivision/land development plan for Fern Lane, Petersburg Road; and text amendment petition for Article 24 regulations.

Manor Township Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the municipal building, 950 W. Fairway Drive. Among the agenda items:

nAppointments by the board of supervisors.

nBriefing of revised final land development plan and modification requests for Turkey Hill Dairy, 2601 River Road, Conestoga, to allow new improvements of a warehouse building, office area, maintenance building and employee parking lot.

Strasburg Borough Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the municipal building, 145 Precision Ave., Strasburg.

Among the agenda items: consideration of ordinance to limit heating by wood-burning stoves; departmental reports; Historic Architectural Review Board Certificate of Appropriateness, 21 W. Main St.; adoption of 2013 council goals; acceptance of civil service and HARB annual reports; and consider property maintenance ordinance.
