WOMEN The Associated Press
Odyssey Sims scored 18 points and Brittney Griner sparked No. 1 Baylor's game-clinching second-half run with her 13th career dunk, leading the Lady Bears to an easy 75-48 win over Texas on Saturday night.
Griner's dunk was the lone highlight for the 6-foot-8 All-American forward, who otherwise had a mostly forgettable game. Griner had just two points in the first half and didn't have a rebound until midway through the second half.
Griner finished with 14 points and three rebounds. Jordan Madden scored 11 points for Baylor (22-1, 12-0 Big 12).
Freshman Imani McGee-Stafford had 13 points and 18 rebounds to lead Texas, which has struggled badly in coach Karen Aston's first season.
Freshman Empress Davenport scored 13 for the Longhorns (9-13, 2-9).
Notre Dame 69, Seton Hall 49: Ariel Braker matched her career high with 15 points and Natalie Achonwa added 11 points and nine rebounds as No. 2 Notre Dame (22-1, 10-0 Big East) beat Seton for its 17th straight victory.
Brittany Morris scored 16 points to lead the Pirates (8-15, 3-7).
Louisville 78, Pittsburgh 45: Shoni Schimmel led five players in double figures with 22 points and reserve Megan Deines added 17 to help No. 11 Louisville (20-4, 8-2 Big East) rout Pittsburgh for its sixth straight win.
Brianna Kiesel scored 14 points to lead Pitt (9-14, 0-10).
Iowa State 87, Kansas State 71: Hallie Christofferson scored 25 points and Chelsea Poppens had 22 points and 18 rebounds to lead No. 25 Iowa State (17-5, 8-4 Big 12) over Kansas State.
Brittany Chambers scored a season-high 34 points and grabbed 12 rebounds for Kansas State (12-11, 3-8).n
