Manheim Township zoning L-S School District Lancaster City planning Penn Manor School District Upper Leacock Supervisors

The Manheim Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the municipal building, 1840 Municipal Drive.

Included on the agenda: urban neighborhoods overlay at 130 Lincoln St. and retrofit overlay at 222 Eden Road.

The Lampeter-Strasburg School District Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the district office, 1600 Book Road, Lampeter. Among the agenda items:

nRecommendation to accept: resignation, employment, leaves of absence, additions and deletions to supplemental contracts, substitutes, volunteers for sports, course unit guides, supplemental textbooks and contract with Intermediate Unit 13 Lancaster-Lebanon Virtual Solutions.

nRecommendation for approval of policies.

The meeting of the Lancaster City Planning Commission scheduled for Wednesday has been canceled. The next meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 in Conference Room 4, Southern Market Center, 100 S. Queen St.

The Penn Manor School District Board of Directors will meet Monday at Manor Middle School, 2950 Charlestown Road. A workshop on salaries and personnel contracts begins at 5 p.m. Executive session will be held at 6 p.m. and committee of the whole at 7 p.m., followed by the regular board meeting. Included on the agenda of the latter:

nRecommendation for approval of: Property Tax Rebate Program resolution; high school bathroom renovations; engineering services to conduct a feasibility study of operations of wastewater treatment plants; buildings and custodial maintenance supervisor job description; substitute teacher list deletions; leaves of absence; and construction organization plan for Hambright Elementary.

Upper Leacock Township Supervisors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the community building, 36 Hillcrest Ave., Leola. Among the agenda items:

nHorseshoe Real Estate, 2538-2542 Horseshoe Road, request to extend planning deadline.

nUncollected real estate tax.

nManager's report: Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals agreement.
