Evelyn J. Farver, 97, of Conewago Township, Dauphin County, entered the presence of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on January 31, 2013 at the Longwood Manor Nursing Home, Maytown.She was born December 11, 1915 in Elizabethtown. She and her late husband had owned and operated the former Farver?s Store and had been members of Shenk's Church, in Conewago Township.Evelyn is survived by: two sons, Glenn G. Farver and Douglas E. Farver both of Elizabethtown; two daughters, Linda K. Shelly of Elizabethtown, and Susan J. Meyerhoeffer of Slate Run, PA; 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn K. Farver; son, J. Richard Farver; grandsons, Darrel Shelly, and Tim Farver.A memorial service will be held onWednesday, February 6, 2013 at 4:00 pm in the Temple Bible Church (formerly Shenk's Church), Conewago Township. Private interment will be in Shenk's Church Cemetery.
