9/11 discussion features retired air traffic controller

Country Meadows of Lancaster will present "My 9/11 Journey: Tragedy, Grief and Hope, " by Mahlon "Mal" Fuller.

Fuller, now retired, was on duty as an air traffic controller at Pittsburgh International Airport and participated in the shutdown of the nation's air space, which involved approximately 4,000 airplanes already in flight. He also will discuss tracking United Flight 93, which crashed in Shanksville, southeast of Pittsburgh.

The session will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the chapel at Country Meadows of Lancaster,1380 Elm Ave.
