The Lancaster County Drug and Alcohol Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Monday in the fifth-floor conference room at Lancaster County Government Center, 150 N. Queen St.

The Lancaster County Planning Commission will meet at 3 p.m. Monday in the first-floor meeting rooms at 150 N. Queen St., Binns Park Annex. Among the agenda items:

nCommunity planning reviews: Brecknock Township, proposed subdivision and land development ordinance and amendment/zoning ordinance to be consistent with previous ordinances, and West Cocalico Township, proposed amendment to zoning ordinance to include hotel/motel usage in the industrial/commercial district by special exception.

nRequest for modification/waivers to subdivision and land development plan for Brecknock Elementary School, Brecknock Township.

nSubdivision and land development plan advisory reviews: Eden Resort Inn & Suites, Manheim Township; Elam E. Fisher, Upper Leacock Township; Hempfield Soccer Club, East Hempfield Township; and Countryside Enterprise, Clay Township.

The Lancaster Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 4 p.m. Monday in city council chambers at Southern Market Center, 100 S. Queen St. Appeals on the agenda:

nDavid and Cynthia DiSavino, 618 Bay St.: special exception for "use not provided for'' and variance to eliminate required off-street parking space.

nMaria Segarra, 843 Garnet Ave.: special exception for home day care for up to six children.

nSang Lau-Lancaster, 220 Hazel St., extrusion: variance to reduce side and rear yard setbacks.

nWest Andrew, LLC, 13 Campbell Ave.: dimensional variance to reduce required rear and side yards. Also, at 70 Campbell Ave., a dimensional variance to reduce side yard.

nH. Herbert High, 718 N. Lime St.: special exception for two-family dwelling and dimensional variance to reduce square footage.

nLancaster County Convention Center Authority, 105 S. Queen St.: special exception for increase of allowable fence along a street frontage.

nScott Rhoades, 524 Lafayette St.: dimension variance to reduce rear yard.

The Manheim Township Commissioners will meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the municipal building, 1840 Municipal Drive. Among the agenda items:

nManheim Township Community Service Awards presentation.

nPublic hearing on Belmont conditional use request, planned commercial development I, Fruitville Pike.

nConsent for modification requests: Manheim Pike Veterinary Hospital, 1669 Manheim Pike, land development plan, and 630 Valley Road, stormwater management plan.

nMotions: ALCOA, 1480 Manheim Pike, preliminary/final land development plan; North Pumping Station expansion, McCaskey Avenue, preliminary/final land development plan and request approval to receive bids for various public work items; Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals agreement; and advertising with the dog park.
