Nancy L. Myers
Nancy L. Myers, 82, of Columbia, passed peacefully on Thursday at the Susquehanna Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness. She was married 36 years to Bruce R. Myers, who survives her. A lifelong Columbia resident, she was the daughter of the late Elmer G. and Marion Wissler Bell.A long-time retail clerk, Nancy retired from the CVS Drug Store in Columbia after more than 35 years of service. She was a graduate of Columbia High School, Class of 1949. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends along the Susquehanna River and the shores of Stone Harbor, NJ. Also, she was an active member of the Vagabonds Car Club along with her husband. In addition to her husband are her children, Debbie Vinelli-Earls wife of James Earls, Honolulu, HI; Kare Dellen, Columbia; Tony Vinelli and his companion Sandy Khuon, Maytown; Shari Werner, Bryn Mawr and Kathi wife of Creed Arment, Lancaster; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Her sister, Rose B. wife of Larry Huber, Landisville also survives. A memorial service will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., 519 Walnut St., Columbia, PA on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 1:00 PM with the Rev. J. Patrick Peters officiating. There will be no visitation with the family prior to the service; however, they will receive friends at a reception hosted by Kathi and Creed Arment, 116 Round Hill Lane, Lancaster, PA 17603 following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Nancy?s memory may be made to the charity of one?s choice.
