MANHEIM TWP.: A door was forced open Sunday night at TJ Maxx, 832 Plaza Blvd. More damage was found inside the store, but nothing was taken. Loss is $300.
LEOLA: A maintenance shed at the Leola Community Pool, 23 E. Main St., was forcibly entered twice between April 21 and Sunday. Taken was a total of 10 gallons of gas in red plastic cans labeled "Leola Pool." The C.V. Youth Athletic Association shed was also entered. Loss and damage is about $260.
EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Christian A. Murrey, 21, 143 Prospect St., was charged Monday after an incident on April 17 when he repeatedly rang the doorbell of a home and created a disturbance while intoxicated in the 1100 block of Carmany Road.
MOUNT JOY: Daniel R. Gouse, 24, of 539 Hill St., Mount Joy, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found with a straw and 11 baggies that had previously contained heroin April 15 at his home.
EAST DONEGAL TWP.: Jeremy Kauffman, 25, of 7 W. Market St., Marietta, was charged Monday after a March 2 traffic stop on North Chestnut Street at North Waterford Avenue.
LANCASTER: Azrael P. Gaytan, 21, of 1520 Stony Battery Road, was charged after she was stopped for driving without lights Thursday night in the 900 block of North Plum Street.
MOUNT JOY: Richard D. Winsett Jr., 34, of 333 W. Bainbridge St., Apt. 101, Elizabethtown, was charged after striking a parked car April 15 on New Haven Street.
MOUNT JOY: Joseph E. Sellers IV, 19, of 157 S. Penn St., Apt. A, Manheim, was charged after an incident March 22 in the 300 and 400 blocks of East Main Street.
EAST PETERSBURG: Brittany L. Rhoads, 26, of Caroline Drive, was charged after she awakened neighbors early Saturday screaming that her house was on fire and her children were inside. Residents called 911, but there was no fire. Rhoads also was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
LANCASTER: Steven Moulier, 28, of 739 Beaver St., was arrested Sunday at his home and charged as a fugitive from justice. Police said he is wanted in Texas on charges of money laundering.
MANHEIM TWP.: John W. Bosley, 18, of South 5th Street, Columbia, was charged after he struck a vehicle and fled April 8 at Harrisburg Pike and Landis Avenue. Three people suffered minor injuries in the crash. Bosley was charged with accidents involving death or personal injury, accidents involving death or personal injury while not properly licensed, driving under suspension and four traffic offenses.
LANCASTER: A tree fell at the entrance to Long's Park shortly after 8 p.m. Monday, officials said. It knocked down two spans of utility wires. Westbound traffic on Harrisburg Pike had to be diverted for a few hours and 158 homes and businesses lost power for a short period.
LANCASTER: Michael E. Root, 30, of 33 S. Main St., Manheim, and Richard E. Rymer, 45, of 210 S. Prince St., were charged after they were stopped in a stolen vehicle Saturday in the 600 block of West King Street.
PENN TWP.: Ricardo R. Cowan, 30, of Wernersville, was charged after he assaulted a female at a home in the 600 block of Wood Duck Drive Friday, police said. He was taken into custody by state police and later committed to county prison for a state parole violation.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Leon W. Merlin, 60, of Lancaster, was charged Sunday in the 2600 block of Lincoln Highway East where he threatened to kill a woman. Police had responded there several times during the weekend for alcohol-related disturbances and criminal mischief involving Merlin. He was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
MANHEIM TWP.: A business in the 700 block of Martha Avenue reported that 100 pallets were stolen Thursday evening. Loss is $365.
LANCASTER TWP.: Tina To, 47, of Gridley Street, was charged with taking $157 worth of items Sunday from Giant, 1360 Columbia Ave.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Thomas E. Donaldson Jr., 22, and Brittany N. Smith, 22, both of Pequea, were charged Sunday with taking $36.94 worth of items at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East. Due to prior retail thefts, both were arraigned and committed to county prison in lieu of bail.
MOUNT JOY: Amanda S. Oliver, 41, of Harrisburg, was charged with stealing a tip cup April 18 from Rita's Italian Ice, 809 E. Main St.
MOUNT JOY: Carolyn M. Emel, 24, of 1058 Williamsburg Road, was charged with taking $1,745 worth of items April 5 from a home in the 400 block of South Plum Street.
MOUNT JOY: Justin M. Paules, 25, of 3 Hemlock Drive, Maytown, was charged after failing April 5 to pay $749.20 for work completed on his vehicle at Whitmoyer Auto Group, 1001 E. Main St.
