CONOY TWP.: Scott M. Nissley, 40, who has no fixed address, was charged with burglary and two counts of theft. Police said he took guns and money from a relative's home in the 1300 block of Keener Road Monday. He was arraigned and sent to Lancaster County Prison on a detainer and in lieu of 100,000 bail.
LANCASTER: A $300 handgun was taken from a residence in the 200 block of Elm Street on April 19.
LANCASTER: A game system, video games, watch, ring, cufflinks and cash were stolen April 19 from a home in the 500 block of West James Street. Loss is $1,510.
LANCASTER TWP.: Carolyn Phillips, 62, of Jennings Drive, was cited after a domestic dispute with a family member at her home in the 100 block of Jennings Drive on Tuesday.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Timothy Scott Murphy Jr., 29, of Lititz, was taken into custody Wednesday on Route 30 west after he was stopped for driving 90 mph in a 55 mph zone.
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Wesley M. May, 22, of Narvon, was taken into custody Sunday after he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll over, in the first block of Trost Road.
LANCASTER: Whitney K. Davis, 24, of the 600 block of East Marion Street, was taken into custody after a wreck Sunday in the 100 block of East King Street.
CONOY TWP.: Joshua R. Milliron, 33, of 189 Penn Oak Drive, Bainbridge, on Thursday was charged related to a March 17 vehicle accident in the 2500 block of Bainbridge Road. He was also cited with having no car insurance.
RAPHO TWP.: Chad M. Burger, 22, 3171 Homestead Road, Mount Joy, was charged in a March 16 traffic stop at Mount Joy and West Sun Hill roads.
DENVER: Smoke from a toaster led to a temporary evacuation of about 10 people from an apartment building at 341 Main St. Wednesday.
Firefighters arriving at the 9 o'clock fire encountered "heavy smoke" on the second and third floors, but no flames, Denver Fire Company Deputy Chief Shawn Hilton said. Firefighters ventilated the building and the residents went back inside.
LANCASTER: Tamera J. Stoy, 25, of the 600 block of Fifth Street, was charged Monday after a physical altercation at her residence.
LANCASTER: Michael Danzer, 52, of the 200 block of West Chestnut Street, was charged Sunday after he reportedly struck a woman on the leg and shoulder with a wooden cane.
LITITZ: A vehicle turning onto High School Drive from West Orange Street Monday was struck by another vehicle that left the scene without stopping.
LITITZ: A mirror on a vehicle parked in the first block of East Main Street was broken off on Monday.
WEST HEMPFIELD TWP.: Nine unlocked vehicles were entered overnight Tuesday in the 200 block of Main Street, Silver Springs Road, Lenia Drive and Cooper Avenue. Loose change and some credit cards were taken from a few vehicles.
LANCASTER: A $350 cellphone was taken Monday in the first block of Green Street by a Hispanic male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a thin build. He wore a red sweatsuit, tan pants and tan boots.
LANCASTER TWP.: Tools and equipment valued at more than $4,400 were taken from a construction site in the 1200 block of New Danville Pike overnight Monday.
MANHEIM TWP.: A catalytic converter was stolen between April 15 and Monday from a vehicle at Brooks Motors, 3242 Oregon Pike.
EAST HEMPFIELD TWP.: A resident of the 1300 block of Crown Vetch, Landisville, returned home from work April 17 and noticed that two shrubs had been dug up from his yard and stolen sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 9 p.m. Loss is $200.
PROVIDENCE TWP.: A New Providence man responding to a computer listing of a lawn care and landscaping business for sale, met with a man in the 100 block of Schoolhouse Lane on March 18. He gave the man $6,486 in cash in exchange for the client-based, customer contact information for the lawn care business. It was later discovered the business never existed.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Kelly Jean Burkholder, 27, of Lancaster, removed $31.56 worth of items from their packaging Tuesday and left Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East. She was taken into custody and charged with felony retail theft due to prior offenses.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Ryan Quinn Showalter, 18, and Angel Luis Texidor, 20, both of Lancaster, were charged Tuesday after they removed a set of earphones valued at $28.88 from the packaging and left Walmart.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Peter J. Martin, 25, of Lancaster, was charged with stealing cold medicine Monday at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Timothy A. Heinzman, 20, Kinzers, was charged Monday with taking a can of Ultra Duster aerosol cleaner at Walmart.
MANHEIM: Tara Daneen Frattaroli, 19, of Lebanon, was charged after stealing gas at Manheim Citgo, 191 N. Main St., on March 25 and April 11.
EAST COCALICO TWP.: Eight tires on two vehicles parked in the first block of Homestead Drive were punctured overnight Sunday. Damage is $2,200.
LANCASTER TWP.: A blue 1995 GMC Sonoma was taken from a driveway in the 700 block of Orchard Lane Tuesday. Keys were in the truck.
