City shooting sends man to hospital

A man was taken to the hospital after he was shot in Lancaster city Friday morning, police said.
Shots were reported in the first block of East Andrew Street at 3:59 a.m., city police Lt. Todd Umstead said.
Officers found a 35-year-old man in the first block of Conestoga Street with gunshot wounds to his right arm and right leg.
He was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment, Umstead said.
Police were reviewing Lancaster Community Safety Coalition video Friday.
City police ask anyone with information to call them at 735-3300. Callers do not have to give their names.
