CRIMINAL MISCHIEF DRUG CHARGES DUI PFA VIOLATION THEFT THEFT CHARGES
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A High Associates manager reported that three company escort vehicles had tires slashed sometime over the weekend at High Steel Structures, 1911 Old Philadelphia Pike. Each vehicle had a single tire slashed by a sharp object, causing $500 in damage.
EPHRATA: Bradley Martin, 20, of Lititz, will be sent a summons for a possession of drug paraphernalia charge after he was found in a vehicle early Sunday in a parking lot at West Main Street and Martin Avenue. A 17-year-old boy in the vehicle was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a 16-year-old boy was cited with underage drinking and a curfew violation. The teens were released to their parents.
LANCASTER: Rafael G. Moreta-Jimenez, 35, of Lancaster, was arrested by state police early Sunday in the 400 block of South Queen Street.
WARWICK TWP.: An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for Scott C. Cole, 37, of the 400 block of North Queen Street, after he made phone calls and texts to a woman in violation of a protection from abuse order.
PARADISE TWP.: A cellphone and GPS unit were stolen overnight Saturday from a vehicle in the 200 block of South Vintage Road.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Amanda Marie Mann, 25, of Paradise, was charged with taking a phone charger at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Sunday. She tried to flee and resisted officers when she was taken into custody, police said. Mann had her two young children with her during the incident.
