A Warwick Township man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a teenage boy in Quarryville.
Nicholaus Lee Ketner, 28, of the first block of Knollwood Drive, had sexual contact with a 14-year-old Quarryville boy, borough police Officer Charles F. Grimasuckas wrote in a criminal complaint.
It happened at the boy's home several times between January 2011 and October 2012, according to the complaint.
Ketner knew the boy because they had worked together, Grimasuckas said.
During a Feb. 28 interview with police, Ketner admitted that he had sexual intercourse with the boy, according to the complaint.
Ketner told police he knew the boy was 14 or 15 years old and that it was against the law to have sexual contact with him.
Police charged Ketner with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors. He was taken into custody at his home March 19, police reported.
Ketner was arraigned and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, a spokeswoman for District Judge Stuart Mylin said.
