Three re-elected by boroughs' group
Three borough managers have been re-elected to top posts with the Lancaster County Boroughs' Association.
Ed Arnold, manager of Millersville Borough, was re-elected president for a four-year term that runs through 2016.
Al Drayovitch Jr., Quarryville Borough manager, was re-elected vice president for a two-year term running through 2014, while Strasburg Borough Manager Lisa Boyd was again named treasurer, for a four-year term running through 2016.
The three were reappointed at the borough organization's recent meeting at Millersville University's Gordinier Hall.
The LCBA communicates the interests of the county's boroughs to county, state and federal officials.
All county boroughs are members of the organization, and municipal elections occur every two years.
