BART TWP.: Information from a Christiana woman's credit card was illegally obtained and used for $133.96 worth of charges in Italy on March 3.
LEBANON CO.: Junior Omar Torres, 27, of 688 Columbia Ave., Apt. 3, Lancaster, was apprehended while burglarizing a Spring Hill Acres home Feb. 10 and has been in Lebanon County Prison since his arrest.
Torres now has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking for stealing $350 worth of hand and power tools from the same Spring Hill Lane residence between Nov. 23 and 26, Cornwall Borough police reported Thursday.
MANOR TWP.: Someone tried to steal a Honda Civic Wednesday at the Spring Manor Apartments on Millersville Road, but the car didn't start. Items worth $300 were taken from the car, and the interior was damaged.
MANOR TWP.: Three vehicles were vandalized on Wednesday in the 1900 block of Ursinus Avenue. Two of the vehicles had a tire cut and one of the vehicles had all four tires cut. Total loss was over $1,000. Two vehicles in the same area were similarly vandalized in February.
PROVIDENCE TWP.: A BB was shot into a window in the 300 block of Northview Lane sometime between March 1 and Wednesday.

MARIETTA: Thomas A. Herneisen, 22, Bainbridge, and Paul E. Koneck Jr., no age given, Elizabethtown, were charged Wednesday in a driving incident Feb. 23 in the river trail parking lot at South Decatur Street.
PARADISE TWP.: Kyle Neff, 22, of Paradise, was stopped for a traffic violation on Belmont Road at Route 741 on Sunday and charged with having a marijuana pipe.
DRUMORE TWP.: Ricky Allen Miller Jr., 25, of Furniss Road, was charged Tuesday after he was found passed out in his vehicle on Furniss Road, near Harmony Ridge Road. Police said drug paraphernalia was also discovered.
SADSBURY TWP.: State police stopped Kyle Hawker, age not known, of Atglen, for erratic driving on Pine Creek Road at Route 41 March 1. He was arrested for DUI.
EAST DRUMORE TWP.: Christopher Ryan Cherwaty, 27, of 662 Scotland Road, Quarryville, wrecked in the 200 block of Scotland Road Feb. 23, state police said. He fled after his pickup truck struck a fence and rolled back into the roadway. Police found Cherwaty and arrested him for DUI.
SADSBURY TWP.: State police stopped Shawn White, 29, of Atglen, for an equipment violation on Route 41 at Pine Creek Drive Feb. 17 and arrested him for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
LANCASTER: Fire started at a kitchen stove in a home at 833 E. Marion St. at about 6 a.m. Thursday and spread to a few cabinets, city fire bureau Capt. Fred Lenhart said.
Seven people got out safely on their own. Some of them first extinguished the fire by throwing buckets of water on it, Lenhart said.
Firefighters ventilated the smoky home, which county property records show is owned by Carol V. Weidman.
A 10-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl were taken to the hospital to be checked for smoke inhalation, Lenhart said. Damage was about $4,000.
Cause of the fire was undetermined.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: A female reported that her wallet was stolen while shopping at Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Wednesday. The wallet contained a Samsung Galaxy cellphone, credit cards, and her identification.
LANCASTER: A 50-inch flatscreen television valued at $800 was stolen from a home in the first block of West Vine Street on Tuesday.
LANCASTER: A black, semi-automatic 9mm handgun with a four-inch barrel was stolen from a home in the 500 block of Fairview Avenue Sunday.
EAST LAMPETER TWP.: Yamil Rosado, 53, Lancaster, was charged with taking various power tools valued at $374.31 from Walmart, 2034 Lincoln Highway East, Wednesday. It was a felony charge due to prior theft convictions.
Rosado was arraigned and released on unsecured bail.
