Albright's Evan High (Warwick) was 2 for 4, scored two runs and had an RBI as the Lions defeated Lancaster Bible, 18-8 at Charger Field on Tuesday afternoon. Nate Long (Northern Lebanon) was 3 for 4 scored twice and had an RBI for the Chargers who fell to 0-3 this season. Chargers senior Frank DiFilippo (Manheim Township) added a hit and two RBIs as well for the Chargers, while Caleb Mayer (Living Word) was 2 for 4 with an RBI.
Franklin & Marshall's baseball game at Rowan, originally slated for today has been postponed until April 10 due to inclement weather. F&M will return to action on its spring break trip to the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational. The Diplomats open the trip with a doubleheader against Juniata on Sunday at Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla.
Track & Field
F&M's Sheena Crawley is making her third appearance in the National Indoor Track and Field Championship this weekend. The senior will travel to North Central College in Naperville, Ill. to compete in the mile.
Her 4:52.18 mile time is the second fastest D-III time in the nation. Crawley competed a year ago in the same event and finished fifth with a time of 4:55.91.
