Wrestling

The following have been named L-L wrestlers of the week. In Section One, Cedar Crest's Lukas Gerdes went 5-0 with three pins, winning the Lebanon County Tournament at 195 pounds Saturday. In Section Two, Cocalico's Adam Miller went 4-0 with three pins at the Eastern York Duals and recorded a fall in a dual against Elco at 106 pounds.

Swimming

Albright's Codi Herr (Hempfield) was second in the 50-yard freestyle (24.86), second in the 100 free (54.11), second in the 200 free (1:57.51), and on the second-place 200 medley (1:49.67) and 400 free (3:38.64) relays at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships last weekend, which Albright won for the second straight season.

Lycoming's Danielle Loiseau (Hempfield) was fourth in the 200 butterfly in 2:13.85, teammate Hope Weber (Penn Manor) was 13th in 2:28.50 and Misericordia's Taylor Grenier (Lampeter-Strasburg) was 14th in 2:30.40. Loiseau set a Lycoming record by clocking a 2:13.18 in the preliminaries.

Loiseau was also fifth in the 100 fly (1:00.16), eighth in the 200 individual medley (2:16.76), on the fifth-place 200 medley relay (1:53.84) and on the fifth-place 400 medley relay (4:10.43). Grenier was 14th in the 50 free (26.32) and 11th in the 100 back (1:03.70).

Messiah's Aaron Eckman (Lancaster Mennonite) was third in the 1,650 free (16:44.67), seventh in the 500 free (4:54.01), 10th in the 400 IM (4:29.12) and on the third-place 800 free relay (7:21.78) and teammate Gaby Brubaker (Warwick) was eighth in the 100 breaststroke (1:11.54).
